Project background:
In view of the increase in business volume of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group and the demand for more storage forms, the ordinary heavy shelves in the existing warehouse are modified. The difficulty of the project needs to consider the environment maintenance of constant temperature and humidity for medicine storage. As well as the use of shelves to support, dismantle and re-support the air cooler pipes under the condition that the air cooler pipes are not allowed to be hoisted on the warehouse roof. The ground bearing capacity on site is low, after the transformation of dense storage on the ground bearing low need to make a solution.
Current status of the project before renovation:
The warehouse has 9820 storage and transportation units with 3160mm shelf access.
Results after project renovation
1. Through shelf transformation, the traditional wide roadway shelf form is transformed into narrow roadway shelf with VNA forklift operation mode. After transformation, the cargo space can reach 13500 storage and transportation units, which is 38% higher than the original storage space,
2. The operation is equipped with an electric pallet truck to transport goods in the form of enhancing the overall operational efficiency,
3. The top of the shelf is equipped with a top beam, a passage beam, and a supporting member. The triangular bracket of the shelf supports the fan pipe to be located on the shelf. The shelf is equipped with horizontal pulling and back pulling to increase the stability and shock resistance of the shelf and achieve the integration effect of the fan shelf,
4. The bottom of the shelf is equipped with channel steel to increase the contact area with the ground. It is intended to make up for the insufficient ground bearing,
5. Due to the particularity of VNA forklift truck, the building column is not allowed to appear in the forklift channel. The on-site building column is avoided by adjusting the shelf layout, avoiding the normal opening of fire hydrants and the forklift channel by not adding beams at the bottom of the shelf, and adding low columns and beams within the allowable height range to make reasonable use of the effective space.

Assuming that the value of a storage and transportation unit for drugs is 10000 yuan, and the drug management is calculated according to the profit margin of 10% (the actual value of goods and profit margin are calculated according to the real situation of the operating data of the whole year in previous years, the data of the design enterprise is confidential, and the data is calculated as an example).
The design can store a total of 135 million yuan of goods, of which the 36.8 million storage capacity has been upgraded,
7 days for turnover, new storage can support about 1.92 billion, net profit of about 0.192 billion
10 days for turnover, new storage can support about 1.34 billion, net profit of about 0.134 billion
15 days for turnover, new storage can support about 1 billion, net profit of about 0.1 billion
According to the project implementation amount of about 2 million, it can be calculated that a turnaround cycle can recover the input cost.
