Project Background
According to the customer's business needs, Jiuwei Technology has carried out a renovation project for its newly leased 20000 ㎡ warehouse, including internal fire fighting, HVAC, ground renovation, new purchase of operation equipment, storage and logistics equipment, etc., to create a world-class systematic operation process for the enterprise.

Initial Project Planning
Project Requirements
1. Make a planning plan for the large number of SKU in the lens library and the need for selection,
2. The storage and packaging of domestic and imported potions are managed separately,
3. The imported liquid medicine is an American standard tray, and the tray is brought with the incoming goods. The tray itself sags seriously. Considering the applicability of the tray standard,
4. The warehouse air conditioning system does not allow hoisting of the warehouse roof. The storage area needs to use shelves to support the beam. The fan is sealed and arranged in the passage. The packaging area needs to design a separate frame to support the fan and cables,
5. All locations are managed through WMS,
6. Expansion area to create a rare domestic automated access system.
Project Results
Implement the following solutions to plan the park through an in-depth analysis of cargo and business needs.
1. The first fire prevention zone is planned to be a packaging workshop, and the first fire prevention zone is divided into an imported liquid medicine packaging zone for domestic liquid medicine packer, which is managed by different regions,
2. The second fire compartment adopts double deep shelves for storage, and high-position picking shelves cooperate with high-position picking vehicles for operation.
3. The third fire prevention zone adopts double-depth shelves for storage, and imported American standard wooden pallets cooperate with Jiuwei shuttle for intensive storage. On this basis, Jiuwei shuttle will cooperate with AGV double-depth forklifts and upper management system WMS to reach an automatic access solution. At present, there is no implementation case in this field, which can be said to be the first AGV double-depth forklift shuttle type automatic intensive storage in China,
4. The fourth fire compartment adopts high-position picking shelves and high-position picking vehicles to operate lens storage.
5. The top of the double deep shelves and shuttle car shelves are equipped with top beams, passage beams, support beams and other forms to support the air conditioning system. The packing workshop adopts steel structure frame to support the air conditioning system to meet the working environment requirements of the liquid medicine.
