Storage shelves to store goods should follow the five principles

There are many kinds of storage shelves. At present, the more commonly used shelves include medium-sized shelves, beam shelves, through shelves, shuttle shelves, cantilever shelves, attic shelves, fluent shelves, etc. These shelves should follow the following five principles in operation and use:
1. Shelf overload prevention
When the storage shelf is designed and manufactured, the shelf manufacturer will select materials according to the load and set a rated load. When the goods are stored, the weight of each layer of goods shall not exceed the maximum load of the shelf design.
2. Anti-cargo super-high and super-wide
Storage shelves dimensions are fixed, shelf height and shelf width has been limited, pallet and the size of the goods should be 100mm smaller than the net space of the shelves.
3. Anti-impact
Storage shelves should have enough space for forklift operation during installation, and install shelf anti-collision foot guards or anti-collision bars to prevent forklifts from hitting shelves during operation. When accessing goods, you should slow down as much as possible and take it lightly. Prevent the forklift from going down too fast, generating greater impact and causing damage to the shelf beam.
4. Anti-top-heavy
Storage shelves in the storage of goods should be done from the bottom to the order of the same layer, the bottom of the storage of heavy goods, the top of the principle of storage of light goods.
5. Prevent the use of pallets that do not meet the requirements to store goods
All goods shall be stored on the shelf with pallets or containers whose load and structure meet the requirements for the use of the shelf. The pallets on the shelf shall be Sichuan, Tian, or double-sided pallets as far as possible. Auxiliary facilities such as laminate, shelf layer net and span beam can also be installed on the shelf.
