Warehouse management is not a department problem, but requires the cooperation of all personnel of the company. Professional management processes and management systems are required.
The warehouse keeper needs to be equipped with a warehouse clerk to deal professionally with all the operations of the warehouse in and out of the warehouse in the system. The warehouse management needs to be operated according to the actual situation. Now many suppliers use a universal system. The biggest disadvantage of this kind of system is that the warehouse is converted into receivables. Therefore, many companies do not carry out the warehouse-out review action in time after the goods are actually delivered, but modify and review the warehouse-out document after the return, the minimum problem is that the system inventory is real-time, and it is also one of the root causes of inventory problems.
The company's management system must be aimed at all professional modules and processes in warehouse management, such as: sales delivery and warehousing, acceptance and return warehousing, after-sales return warehousing, other receipt and issue, purchase return, transfer receipt and issue warehousing, loss receipt and issue warehousing, etc. In short, the warehouse management system cannot always adopt alternative processing methods, such as acceptance and return warehousing module, and if there is delivery rejection, the delivery and issue document will be revised again. D. the outer packing is not strong or irregular goods, can not be stacked too high
E. goods warehousing needs to be stacked according to the production date. if the warehouse conditions do not allow, mixed stacking can be carried out, but the new date must be stacked below and the earlier date must be stacked above.
F. goods with similar packaging but not the same SKU are not stacked together, and other goods are isolated in the middle, otherwise it is easy to make mistakes.
G the warehouse must be divided into temporary storage warehouses for returned goods, because the warehouse cannot be classified and stacked in time when returned goods, so the return area or the return warehouse is used for over-processing.
H the warehouse must have a warehouse (area) for goods to be reported for loss, and the goods to be reported for loss shall be stacked in a centralized manner and handled in a timely manner.

If it is caused by customer return, it needs to be associated in the statistical customer sales gross profit and report.

4, safety stock control scientific and reasonable.
Warehouse management must be reasonable control of safety inventory, warehouse inventory can neither cause orders to be short of delivery nor cause stagnation. So what kind of inventory is the safest and most reasonable?
Warehouse safety stock management needs to be coordinated with the purchasing department, sales department and finance department, and the general safety stock control is the responsibility of the purchasing department. Then how does the purchasing department control it? When you place a purchase order, you need to analyze and recommend the purchase order according to: existing inventory, sales in transit, purchase in transit, sales plan, terminal social inventory, promotion policy, seasonal impact of festivals, etc. This requires professional management tools.
