When encountering load-bearing columns in the layout of warehouse shelves, there are generally three ways to deal with them:
1. Place the load-bearing column in the middle of two sets of back-to-back shelves.
This scheme is relatively the most ideal, the column is neither in the channel to hinder staff access to goods, nor in the shelves to reduce storage, but this scheme has the biggest shortage, it will waste a certain amount of warehouse space, product storage will be reduced, the utilization rate of the warehouse will be reduced.
2. Place the load-bearing column in the channel of the shelf.
This layout scheme should be the least ideal, but when there are many rows of warehouse columns, this scheme is inevitable, which requires the layout, as far as possible to increase the relative distance between the columns and shelves, to ensure the warehouse storage capacity and staff efficiency, many users are suitable for this form.
3. Place the load-bearing column on the side of the shelf or in the middle of two parallel shelves.
This scheme is relatively reasonable, it only reduces a small part of the storage capacity, the efficiency of the entire warehouse staff has no impact!
