Shuttle rack system is a complete high-density storage system composed of shuttle racks, shuttle trucks and forklifts. This efficient storage method improves the utilization of warehouse space and brings a new choice.
The working principle of the shuttle truck rack is that the forklift truck places the goods at the front of the roadway guide rail of the shuttle rack, and operates the shuttle truck to carry the pallet goods on the guide rail through the radio remote controller. The shuttle car moves the pallet deep in the shelf to the front end of the shelf, and uses the forklift to remove the pallet goods from the shelf. The shuttle car can be placed in different roadways by forklift, and multiple roadways can use one shuttle car together. The number of shuttle cars is determined by the depth of the roadway, the total amount of goods, the frequency of shipment and other comprehensive factors.
The technical parameters of the shuttle truck shelf load is 1000~1500kg; It is equipped with a lithium manganese battery with a rated voltage of 26 volts and can run continuously for 8 hours. The shuttle shelf runs at a speed of 0.7 to 0.9 m/s under no load and 0.6 to 0.8 m/s under full load. The sensing range of the wireless remote controller is 50m.
