Jiuwei has scientifically designed and laid out a set of picking and conveying lines, a set of whole-box shipment review and packaging lines, a set of whole-piece conveying lines, a set of empty box return lines, a set of picking lines on the second floor, a set of replenishment lines from the first floor to the second floor, a screw conveyor, two continuous hoists, 700 electronic tags, 3040 pallet positions for heavy shelves, and 3196 large positions for attic shelves.
The whole warehouse center adopts semi-automation, and the conveying line and electronic label cooperate with manual picking to complete the work flow of goods from warehousing to warehousing. The customer's own ERP system, combined with our WMS WCS warehouse management system, achieves real-time monitoring from warehousing, turnover and outbound.
